Ingredients
- Physalis - 1 kg
- Water - 200 ml
- Sugar - 800 g
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Go through the physalis and prick the fruits with a needle.
Boil water with sugar and boil the syrup for 5 minutes.
Pour the syrup over the fruit and let it cool.
Bring to a boil and boil for 10 minutes.
Let the jam cool again and cook for another 10 minutes.
Roll up in sterile jars.
