A simple and proven classic – rice casserole with chicken and tomato slices, which make the dish even more fragrant and juicier. I prefer to add the greens already before serving, but you can do it before baking.
Ingredients
- Fig - 300 g
- Chicken fillet - 1 piece
- Tomatoes - 2-3 pieces
- Cheese - 150 g
- Spices and seasonings - 1 tsp.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Boil the rice. Finely chop the chicken and mix with rice and spices.
Add a third of the grated cheese and put it in a mold.
Arrange the tomato slices on top and cover with the remaining cheese.
Put the rice casserole in the oven for 35-40 minutes at 190 degrees.
