Wash the potatoes and dry them with paper towels.

Cut the potatoes into small slices and place them in a bowl.

Add oil, salt, ground pepper and squeeze garlic through a press. Mix everything well.

Put the potatoes in a baking sleeve and send them to the oven preheated to 180 degrees for 30 minutes.

Serve the dish hot with fresh herbs or vegetables.
