Ingredients
- Pearl barley - 1 glass
- Mushrooms - 200 g
- Water - 2.5 glasses
- Cheese - 100 g
- Spices and seasonings - 1 tsp.
- Butter - 40 g
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Soak the pearl barley overnight and boil until tender in water for about half an hour.
Coarsely chop the mushrooms and fry in butter.
Add the pearl barley, season, pour in a little water and cook everything under the lid for another 10 minutes on low heat.
Sprinkle the porridge with grated cheese and mix.
