This is a good recipe for mackerel fillets, but you can also use whole carcasses. Unless then I do not advise layering them in one form, because they can be unevenly baked. There will be no such problem with fillets – fish is generally very easy to prepare. And tomato gives not only taste, but also a beautiful shade.
Ingredients
- Mackerel (fillet) – 4-6 pieces
- Tomato paste - 2 art.l.
- Soy sauce - 2 art.l.
- Olive oil - 2 tbsp.l .
- Spices and seasonings - 1 tsp.
- Sesame - 2 tbsp.l.
- Garlic - 3 clove
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Mix tomato paste, butter and soy sauce with spices and chopped garlic.
Rub the mackerel fillet with this mixture and fold it into a mold.
Sprinkle sesame seeds on top and bake for about 30-35 minutes at 180 degrees.
