At first glance, it may seem that cooking such a dish is difficult. But in reality this is not the case. Even a novice cook can bake delicious wings. The key role here is assigned to the density of the batter. It should stay well on the wings.

Wash the chicken wings, dry them thoroughly and cut them into joints.

Sprinkle the wings with salt, ground pepper, mix and leave for 10-15 minutes.

Lightly beat the eggs with salt, ground pepper and sour cream.

Add flour and mix. The batter should be thick.

Mash the corn flakes with a rolling pin to the state of crumbs.

Mix the flakes with paprika and pour on a wide plate.

Dip each piece of wings into a thick batter, and then roll out in corn crumbs with paprika.

Place the blanks on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and bake for 35-40 minutes in an oven preheated to 190 degrees. From time to time, the wings should be turned over.
