Step-by-step cooking recipe
Wash the chicken wings, dry them thoroughly and cut them into joints.
Sprinkle the wings with salt, ground pepper, mix and leave for 10-15 minutes.
Lightly beat the eggs with salt, ground pepper and sour cream.
Add flour and mix. The batter should be thick.
Mash the corn flakes with a rolling pin to the state of crumbs.
Mix the flakes with paprika and pour on a wide plate.
Dip each piece of wings into a thick batter, and then roll out in corn crumbs with paprika.
Place the blanks on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and bake for 35-40 minutes in an oven preheated to 190 degrees. From time to time, the wings should be turned over.
