- Cauliflower - 1 head
- Tomatoes - 2 pieces
- Mozzarella - 120 g
- Parmesan - 80 g
- Breadcrumbs - 2 art.l.
- Cream - 100 ml
- Spices and seasonings - 1 tsp.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Cut tomatoes and mozzarella into plates, and beautifully arrange everything in a mold with cabbage inflorescences.
Pour in the cream with spices, and sprinkle everything with grated parmesan and crackers on top.
Cook the casserole in the oven for 35-40 minutes at 190 degrees.
