Salmon in foil and so it turns out surprisingly tender while it is cooked in its own juice. Tomatoes only decorate the dish, and give it not only a taste, but also an even more appetizing color. Ingredients
- Salmon - 800 g
- Cherry tomatoes - 200 g
- Lemon - 1 piece
- Parsley - 6 twigs
- Onion - 1 piece
- Olive oil - 2 tbsp.l.
- Spices and seasonings - 1 tsp.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Coarsely chop the onion and cut the cherry in half. Cut the lemon into rings.
Put onions on foil, a couple of lemon rings and salmon slices on them.
Sprinkle everything with spices and chopped herbs.
Spread the cherry and the remaining lemon around.
Sprinkle the fish with oil, wrap the foil and bake for 20 minutes in the oven at 180 degrees.
