Fragrant dishes on the campfire are always popular. Meat, fish, vegetables and mushrooms are cooked in this way. Today I would like to elaborate on the recipe for champignons with cheese. First they are fried on the grill, and then they are necessarily placed for 15 minutes under the lid.
Ingredients
- Champignons - 500 g
- Cheese - 150 g
- Greenery (any) – a couple of twigs
- Mayonnaise - 2 tbsp.l.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Grate the cheese on a fine grater.
Add mayonnaise, garlic passed through the press and mix.
Prepare the champignons, remove the leg of mushrooms, make small depressions in the caps.
Stuff the caps with the cheese mixture.
Cook on the grill for 5-7 minutes.
Put the mushrooms on a plate, sprinkle with chopped herbs and cover with a lid for 10-15 minutes.
