- Barley groats - 150 g
- Cream - 350 ml
- Cheese - 100 g
- Spices and seasonings - 0.5 tsp.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Rinse the egg and pour boiling water for 7-10 minutes. Flip it into a colander and put it in molds.
Season the grits and pour the cream.
Sprinkle grated cheese on top.
Cook porridge in the oven for 45 minutes at 180 degrees.
