Ingredients
- Turkey Breast - 600 g
- Butter - 50 g
- A mixture of peppers with peas (coarse grinding) – 1 tsp.
- Salt (large) – to taste
- Rosemary (to serve) – a couple of twigs
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Wash the turkey breast, dry it and cut it into steaks.
Melt the butter in a frying pan, lay out the steaks and fry over high heat for 1 minute on each side.
Rub the pepper mixture in a mortar, mix with salt and sprinkle the steaks.
Turn down the heat and cook for another 2 minutes on each side. After turning off the heat, leave the meat under the lid for 10 minutes.
Put the finished steaks on a serving board and sprinkle with rosemary.
