- Cottage cheese - 450 g
- Sugar - 1 art.l.

- Vanillin - 1 pinch
- Chicken eggs - 2 pieces

- Milk (warm) – 100 ml
- Semolina - 3 art.l.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Pour the semolina with milk and leave for 7-10 minutes. In parallel, soak the raisins in hot water.
Whisk cottage cheese, sugar, vanilla and egg yolks with a blender. Mix with semolina.
Separately whisk the whites with salt to peaks and add to the cottage cheese.
