Are you going to fry kebabs, but still haven't decided on the recipe? I advise you to opt for a lamb kebab with vinegar and onions. Meat is guaranteed to turn out soft and juicy, and additives will help get rid of a specific smell.

Ingredients

  • Mutton - 1,5 kg
  • Onion - 3 pieces
  • Vinegar - 2 tbsp.l .
  • Ground black pepper - 0,5 tsp.
  • Salt (without slide) – 1 tsp.
  • Mineral water (highly carbonated) – 2 l

Step-by-step cooking recipe

Cut the lamb into small pieces, put it in a bowl and pour mineral water for half an hour.

Drain the water, squeeze the meat slightly.

Peel the onion and chop it in a blender.

Add chopped onion, vinegar, ground pepper and salt to the bowl with meat. Stir, cover and refrigerate for 10-12 hours.

Remove the bowl of meat from the refrigerator and leave to warm up at room temperature for 1-1.5 hours.

Peel the meat from the remnants of the marinade and put it on the skewers, adding onion rings.

Fry on the grill for 20-25 minutes, turning it over often.
