Turkey goes very well with vegetables, so stews from it are especially delicious. Try this recipe and you will see for yourself. It turns out perfectly with small mushrooms and tomatoes. Larger ones need to be cut.
Ingredients
- Turkey - 400 g
- Potatoes - 300 g
- Champignons - 150 g
- Cherry tomatoes - 150 g
- Onion - 1 piece
- Vegetable oil - 3 tbsp.l.
- Black Pepper - 4 peas
- Cumin - 0,5 tsp.
- Salt - to taste
- Water (boiling water) – 300 ml
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Wash the turkey, dry it and cut it into small pieces.
Chop the mushrooms, tomatoes, peeled onions and potatoes.
Heat the oil in a frying pan, lay out the turkey and fry for 10 minutes.
Add the onion and continue cooking for 2-3 minutes.
Add potatoes, tomatoes, mushrooms and black pepper. Turn down the heat and cook until the moisture evaporates.
Add salt, cumin, pour boiling water and simmer under the lid for 15 minutes.
