Young potatoes are amazingly suitable for baking them with fish. Even if it's pink salmon, which is cooked as quickly as any salmon. But there are a few tricks here, which I will tell you about later. And so that the dish is not too boring, I suggest adding mushrooms.
Ingredients
- Pink salmon - 600 g
- Carrots - 2 pieces
- Young potatoes - 600 g
- Mushrooms - 300 g
- Greenery - 4 twigs
- Olive oil - 2 tbsp.l.
- Spices and seasonings - 1 tsp.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Boil the new potatoes for literally 5-7 minutes.
Put it in the form. In the same place, coarsely chop the mushrooms and thinner carrots.
Add the sliced pink salmon to the same place, season, drizzle with oil and mix.
Sprinkle the dish with herbs and send it to the oven.
Bake pink salmon with potatoes in the oven at 190 degrees for 20 minutes under foil and 10-15 minutes without it.
