Quail eggs are much healthier than chicken eggs. They are recommended for children and allergy sufferers. The omelet from them turns out to be stunningly tender! To make it rise well, lubricate the walls of the mold with oil high. It is also recommended to cook in a preheated oven.
Ingredients
- Quail eggs - 10 pieces
- Milk (warm) – 100 ml
- Ricotta - 150 g
- Ground black pepper - to taste
- Salt - to taste
- Butter - 10 g
