Even though the mushrooms are pre-fried for this recipe, this dish should be considered useful. It can be steamed in small portion molds. I didn't have any, so I used one big one.
Ingredients
- Chicken eggs - 4 pieces
- Milk - 100 ml
- Champignons - 100 g
- Ground black pepper - to taste
- Salt - to taste
- Vegetable oil - 2 art.l.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Cut the champignons into small pieces.
Activate the "Frying" mode, heat the oil and fry the mushrooms until tender.
Put the mushrooms on a plate and cool slightly.
Beat the eggs lightly with milk, salt and ground pepper.
Add the cooled champignons and mix.
Pour 250 ml of water into the bowl of the slow cooker, install a special grill, turn on the Steam mode.
Pour the egg billet into a mold of a suitable size and put it on the grill. Close the lid and cook for 15 minutes.
