This pilaf will appeal to everyone who is interested in proper nutrition. It turns out fragrant, beautiful and very tasty. The recipe is simple, but you will need a slow cooker for it. You can cook in the "Pilaf", "Multi-cooker" or "Stewing" modes.

Grate carrots on a coarse grater or finely chop.
Peel the onion from the husk, chop it.
Turn on the "Frying" mode, heat the oil, add the onion and fry until golden brown.
Add the carrots and continue to fry for 4-5 minutes.
Pour in the washed rice, add spices, salt, hot water and close the lid. Activate the Pilaf program for 40 minutes.
