Only meat loaf with meat filling can be better than a simple meatloaf. This recipe with pork and minced meat is just such an option. The meat will take time to bake properly, but the result is worth every minute spent.
Ingredients
- Pork - 1 kg
- Minced meat - 500 g
- Tomato paste - 2 tbsp.l .
- Spices and seasonings - 2 tsp.
- Chili pepper - 1 piece
- Onion - 0.5 pieces
- Greenery - 4 twigs
- Garlic - 4 cloves
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Finely chop the garlic, chili, onion and herbs. Add to the minced meat with tomato paste and mix. Beat off the minced meat for airiness.
Unwrap a piece of pork in a thin layer and beat it off.
Put the minced meat on top, roll up a tight roll and wrap it in foil.
Bake the roll in the oven for 2-2.5 hours at 160 degrees.
Unwrap the foil and bake for another half hour at 200 degrees for the crust.
