Potato casserole with string beans in a slow cooker

If you need a simple but very satisfying side dish – this is it. And how else, when in addition to potatoes, string beans also go into this casserole. For a change, I'll tell you how to cook it in a slow cooker. But you can also use the oven.
Ingredients
- Potatoes - 600 g
- String beans - 250 g
- Cheese - 100 g
- Chicken eggs - 2 pieces
- Spices and seasonings - 1 tsp.
- Cream - 150 ml
- Breadcrumbs - 2-3 art.l.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Cut the potatoes into circles. Beat the eggs with cream and spices, and add almost all the grated cheese there.
Lubricate the bowl of the slow cooker, lay out a layer of potatoes and pour in a little filling. Put the beans, potatoes again, fill - and so on to the end.
Sprinkle the casserole with breadcrumbs and the remaining cheese.
Cook it in a slow cooker for 50 minutes in baking mode.
