I bet that few people have tried adding feta to draniki. And indeed, this is not the most obvious solution. Once it was just an experiment to save cheese disappearing in the refrigerator. And it turned out more than worthy!
Ingredients
- Potatoes - 500 g
- Feta - 100 g
- Chicken eggs - 1 piece
- Flour - 2 tbsp.l .
- Spices and seasonings - 1 tsp.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Grate the peeled potatoes on the smallest grater and drain off excess moisture.
Mash the feta with a fork and add to the potatoes.
Add the egg, flour and spices there, and mix everything together.
Spread the draniki with a spoon on a hot frying pan and fry on both sides.
