If you like breaded fish, but don't like the amount of oil for frying it, try baking it in the oven. In this recipe I will tell you how to cook cod, but by the same principle you can cope with any other white fish. The baking time can vary depending on the size of the pieces.
Ingredients
- Cod - 800 g
- Breadcrumbs - 4 art.l.
- Lemon zest - 1 tsp.
- Parsley - 4 twigs
- Garlic - 3 clove
- Spices and seasonings - 1 tsp.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Cut the cod fillet into pieces and rub with spices.
Finely chop the herbs and garlic, mix with the zest and breadcrumbs.
Put the mixture on the pieces of fish and bake the cod in the oven for 20-25 minutes at 180 degrees.
