Pork ribs are good for their versatility. They can be fried separately or cook a full-fledged main dish. For example, here is a stew with potatoes. Very fragrant and satisfying – a great option for a large family.
Ingredients
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Carve the ribs, rub with spices to taste and leave for 15 minutes.
Fry them on high heat until browned on all sides - about 5 minutes.
Add grated carrots and finely chopped onion. After another 7 minutes, add the chopped tomatoes and pepper. Continue frying for another 5 minutes.
Add the sliced potatoes, fry for another 5 minutes and pour boiling water over the stew so that it covers everything by about 2/3.
Simmer the stew until the potatoes are ready for about 20 minutes.
