- Pork ribs - 1.2 kg
- Vegetable oil - 1 art.l.
- Teriyaki sauce - 120 ml
- Soy sauce - 100 ml
- Dried chili pepper - 0.5 tsp.

Step-by-step cooking recipe
Fry the ribs until lightly golden for a couple of minutes on each side.
Put them in a sleeve, add soy sauce and spices, and leave to marinate for 1-2 hours.
Make a couple of punctures in the sleeve and bake the ribs for 1.5 hours in the oven at 180 degrees.
Cut the sleeve, pour the ribs with teriyaki sauce and bake for another 20 minutes.
