- Pumpkin - 500 g
- Milk - 700 ml
- Butter - 60 g

Step-by-step cooking recipe
Wash the millet and discard it on a fine sieve.
Cut the pumpkin into small cubes.
Heat the milk slightly, put the pumpkin in it and bring to a boil.
Add the millet and cook for 15 minutes under the lid on low heat.
Arrange the porridge in pots, add spices and butter.
Bake for 30 minutes at 140 degrees.
