- Cottage cheese (fat–free) - 150 g
- Chicken eggs - 2 pieces
- Flour - 1 glass
- Oat flakes - half a glass
- Baking powder dough - 1 tsp.

- Lemon juice - 1 tsp.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Rub the cottage cheese through a sieve or grind it in a blender.
Add eggs, vanilla and mix.
Sift flour, mix with baking powder and flakes.
Mix the liquid and dry blanks. You should get a thick dough.
Peel the apple from the seeds, cut into slices and sprinkle with lemon juice.
Put the apples in a form lined with parchment paper.
Pour the dough evenly over everything and bake for 35-40 minutes at 180 degrees.
