Ingredients
- Rice flour - 50 g
- Chicken eggs - 4 pcs.
- Milk (vegetable) – 60 ml
- Baking powder dough - 1 tsp.
- Starch - 10 g
- Sugar Substitute - 10 g
- Apples - 150 g
- Powdered sugar (for decoration) – optional
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Separate the whites from the yolks. Whisk the whites with a sugar substitute until a white fluffy mass is formed.
Whisk the yolks separately. They should lighten noticeably. Continuing to beat, add vegetable milk.
Combine flour, starch and baking powder, sift to the yolks, mix well.
Enter the whipped whites into the resulting dough, gently stirring with a spatula from the bottom up.
Peel and chop the apples.
Put the dough in a baking dish, then send the apples to the same place. Bake the pie in a preheated 180 °C oven for 20-25 minutes.
Ready-made PP charlotte with apples, if desired, sprinkle with powdered sugar.
