Ingredients
- Prunes - 1 kg
- Basil - 20 g
- Cilantro - 20 g
- Garlic - 6 cloves
- Khmeli-suneli - 10 g
- Sugar - 5 g
- Salt - 2 g
- Chili pepper - 10 g
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Remove the seeds from the prunes, cover with salt and sugar, and bring to a boil.
Boil the sauce for 7-8 minutes on low heat. Add the chopped pepper and all the spices, and cook for another 5 minutes.
Add the chopped greens and cook for another 10 minutes.
Chop the tkemali with a blender, bring it to a boil again and roll the tkemali into sterile jars.
