One of my favorite recipes for jam from garden fruits is jam from apples and apricots. I prefer not to add too much sugar to it, because apricots give sweetness by themselves. But if you wish, you can adjust this amount to your taste.
Ingredients
- Apples - 800 g
- Apricots - 800 g
- Sugar - 600 g
- Ground cinnamon - 1 tsp.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Peel the apples and remove the seeds from the apricots.
Finely chop the fruit or pass it through a meat grinder.
Add sugar and cinnamon.
Boil the jam for half an hour on low heat.
Roll it up for the winter in sterilized jars.
