Wash the plums, divide into halves, remove the bones. Peel the pepper and garlic.

Pepper, garlic, plums and walnut kernels pass through a meat grinder.

Put the resulting puree in a saucepan, add salt, add sugar, curry and ground pepper. Bring to a boil over low heat and boil for 30 minutes.

Pour the finished sauce hot into sterile jars, roll it up, wrap it up and leave it warm until it cools down completely. Keep jars of satsebeli sauce in a dark, cool place in winter.
