Buying asparagus beans in winter is quite expensive even in frozen form. Despite the fact that at the height of the season it is literally everywhere. That's why I prefer to stock up immediately for the future. In addition to freezing, there is another excellent solution – conservation.


  • String beans - 1 kg
  • Water - 1 l
  • Vinegar - 2 tbsp.l .
  • Salt - 1 tbsp.l .

Step-by-step cooking recipe

Boil the beans for 5 minutes in boiling water, cool, cut and put in sterilized jars.

Boil water with salt and spices to taste. Add vinegar.

Pour the beans and sterilize the jars for another 15 minutes.

Roll them up for the winter.
