- Chicken fillet - 600 g
- Chicken eggs - 2 pieces
- Milk - 140 ml
- Flour - 150 g
- Oat flakes - 150 g

Step-by-step cooking recipe
Cut the chicken fillet into strips and roll in spices.
Beat eggs with milk and flour. Dip the chicken in the batter and let the excess drain a little.
Roll the strips in oat flakes and put them on parchment.
Bake in the oven for 30-35 minutes at 180 degrees.
