Appetizer is a set of vegetables, fried meat and potatoes, which are laid out on a plate in any order. The dish can be accompanied with thin pita bread and your favorite sauce. Serve the shawarma on a plate should be hot.

Step-by-step cooking recipe
Cut the turkey into large pieces.
Fry in vegetable oil until golden brown.
Transfer to a board, chop, sprinkle with salt and ground pepper.
Peel the potatoes and cut into strips.
Put on a preheated frying pan with vegetable oil and fry for 7-10 minutes, stirring frequently.
Pepper, salt and remove from heat.
Cut Peking and red cabbage.
Put in separate containers, add a little salt and 1 tbsp.l. olive oil, mix.
Chop the tomato and peeled onion.
Put meat, potatoes, Korean carrots, two types of cabbage, tomatoes and onions beautifully on a plate.
