Need to cook lunch quickly, and there's only cheese and milk in the fridge? A simple recipe for a casserole with macaroni and cheese will come to the rescue. Moreover, pasta can be used even those that were left after last night's dinner.

Melt the butter in a deep saucepan.

Add nutmeg, flour and fry for 2 minutes.

Pour in the warm milk and mix until smooth. Cook for 15 minutes on low heat, stirring occasionally.

Boil water, add salt, pasta and boil until cooked according to the instructions on the package.

Grease the mold with olive oil, lay out the pasta and pour the milk and flour sauce.

Grate the cheese and sprinkle with a uniform layer of pasta. Bake for 25-30 minutes at 180 degrees.

Sprinkle the finished dish with ground paprika.
