- Salmon - 800 g
- Pineapple - 400 g
- Chili pepper - 3 pieces
- Olive oil - 2 tbsp.l .
- Spices and seasonings (for fish) – 2 tsp.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Place the pineapple rings on parchment or in a mold.
Rub the fish with spices and put it on top, preferably in one whole piece.
Sprinkle everything with chopped chili and drizzle with olive oil.
Bake for 20 minutes at 190 degrees.
