If you love sesame seeds as much as I do – be sure to try this baked mackerel. It turns out something like sesame breading, but at the same time the fish is cooked in the oven, and not fried in a frying pan. It is especially delicious to serve it with teriyaki sauce, unagi or something similar.
Ingredients
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Rub the peeled mackerel with your favorite spices and stuff with chopped herbs with lemon.
Chop the onion and put it in a mold.
Put the fish on the onion and put the remaining lemon and herbs on top.
Sprinkle everything with olive oil and soy sauce, and then sprinkle with sesame seeds.
Bake the mackerel for 40 minutes at 180-190 degrees.
