Rinse pork, dry thoroughly and cut into small cubes.
Scald tomatoes with boiling water, peel and chop.
Peel the onion from the husk and finely chop.
Heat the oil in a frying pan, lay out the pork and brown well on all sides.
Add the onion and continue cooking for another 4-5 minutes.
Sprinkle the meat and onion evenly with flour, mix and fry everything together for 2-3 minutes.
Add tomatoes, bay leaf, black pepper peas, squeeze garlic through a press. Cook, stirring, for 5-7 minutes.
Add salt, pour in hot water, cover and simmer for 40 minutes on low heat.
