Such a simple, but such a delicious recipe won me over from the first time. And that's why I want to share it with you. And a couple of basil leaves, fragrant pink pepper and olive oil will give Italian notes even to such an Italian product as pumpkin.
Ingredients
- Pasta - 200 g
- Pumpkin - 200 g
- Parmesan - 50 g
- Olive oil - 130 ml
- Garlic - 2 clove
- Basil - 4-6 of leaves
- Salt - 1 tsp.
- Ground pink pepper - 1 tsp.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Cut the pumpkin into small pieces, put it on a baking sheet and pour olive oil over it.
Sprinkle it with salt and ground pink pepper to taste and send it to the oven at 200 degrees for 15 minutes.
Boil your favorite pasta until slightly firm – al dente. Put it in a colander.
Finely chop the garlic and fry in the remaining oil for literally half a minute. Put the pumpkin and pasta in the same place, mix and remove from the heat.
Sprinkle the pasta with pink pepper and grated parmesan, garnish with basil leaves and serve.
