Ingredients
- Cod - 600 g
- Tomatoes - 350 g
- Lemon - 1 piece
- Bell pepper - 1 piece
- Mozzarella - 140 g
- Greenery - 4 twigs
- Garlic - 4 clove
- Olives - 1 bank
- Spices and seasonings - 2 tsp.
- Italian herbs - 2 tsp.
- Olive oil - 2 art.l.
- Cream - 200 ml
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Randomly chop tomatoes and peppers, chop greens, slice lemon slices.
Rub the cod with spices and beautifully put everything together in a mold.
Add olives and garlic, sprinkle the dish with Italian herbs and chopped herbs.
Sprinkle everything with olive oil and pour cream. Add the mozzarella slices.
Bake the cod in the oven at 180 degrees for 20 minutes under foil.
Remove the foil and bake for another 15 minutes.
