Just a couple of sprigs of rosemary will fill the kitchen with such an aroma that no one can resist your cutlets. To make them even more useful, we will cook them in the oven. But I advise you to lightly grease the baking sheet with oil or spread the parchment.
Ingredients
- Minced chicken - 400 g
- Rosemary - 2 twigs
- Garlic - 3 cloves
- Chicken eggs - 1 piece
- Semolina (flour or starch) – 2 art.l.
- Spices and seasonings - 1 tsp.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Chop garlic and rosemary in a blender. Mix with minced meat and season.
Add the egg and semolina, and mix the mass thoroughly.
Form the cutlets and bake in the oven for about 30 minutes at 180 degrees.
