The easiest way to cook chicken legs in a frying pan is to fry them with onions and carrots. Just a couple of improvised ingredients and nothing superfluous – and now a delicious meat dish for the whole family is ready. Serve with any favorite side dish.
Ingredients
- Chicken legs - 800 g
- Carrots - 2 pieces
- Onion - 2 pieces
- Thyme - 1 twig
- Spices and seasonings (for chicken) – 1 art.l.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Cut the onion into feathers, and the carrot into strips, and fry until soft.
Rub the chicken legs with spices from all sides.
Put the legs to the vegetables and fry for another 7 minutes on medium heat.
Turn down the heat, turn the chicken over and continue cooking for 10-12 minutes under the lid.
A couple of minutes before the end, add a sprig of thyme.
