- Chicken fillet - 2 pieces
- White bread - 100 g
- Milk - 3 tbsp.l .
- Onion - 0.5 pieces
- Chicken eggs - 1 piece
- Flour - 2 tbsp.l.
- Spices and seasonings - 1 tsp.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Soak the bread in milk in advance.
Pass fillets, bread and onions through a meat grinder. Mix the minced meat with spices, add egg and flour.
Mix and shape the cutlets with wet hands. Fry them in a frying pan on all sides until browned.
