Noodles are one of our favorite hot dishes at home, especially after purchasing a wok. I usually make it with seafood or chicken, but when I want variety, I add crab sticks. I tell you how to cook them properly!
Ingredients
- Noodles - 100 g
- Mussels - 100 g
- Crab sticks - 80 g
- Tomatoes - 80 g
- Carrots - 80 g
- Bell pepper - 80 g
- Onion - 40 g
- Vegetable oil - 2 art.l.
- Soy sauce - 2 tbsp.l.
- Spices and seasonings - 1 tsp.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Wash, peel and randomly cut the vegetables into medium-sized pieces.
Heat the oil in a frying pan and send the onions and carrots there.
After a minute, add the remaining vegetables and mussels, and fry all together for about 4 minutes on high heat.
During this time, pour boiling water or boil the noodles until half cooked. I advise you to follow the instructions.
Cut the crab sticks into cubes and send them along with the noodles to the vegetables.
Mix everything well, pour in soy sauce, add spices, warm up for just a minute and serve immediately.
