Step-by-step cooking recipe

Cut the eggplant into cubes, mix with salt and leave for a couple of hours.

Finely chop the garlic and chili.

Wash the eggplants, add vinegar and oil, and simmer them for 10 minutes.

Add garlic and chili to the eggplant, and simmer for another 5 minutes.

Roll the blank into sterile jars.
