- Bell pepper - 500 g
- Hot red pepper - 1 pcs.
- Garlic - 50 g
- Apple cider vinegar - 3 tbsp.l .

Step-by-step cooking recipe
Peel both types of pepper from seeds and stalks, cut arbitrarily. Peel the garlic.
Pass the prepared garlic and pepper through a meat grinder.
Place the resulting vegetable mass in a bowl, add salt, sugar and vinegar. Stir and leave to infuse for 20-30 minutes.
Fill pre-sterilized jars with ready-made green adjika, seal them tightly and send them to the refrigerator for storage.
