Step-by-step cooking recipe
Scald the lemons with boiling water, remove the bones and pass the citrus peel through a meat grinder.
Peel the apples and put them through a meat grinder too.
Add sugar, stir the jam until dissolved and close in sterile jars.
Store it in the cellar or in the refrigerator.
