A truly delicious and crumbly pilaf can be prepared by any hostess. Nothing special will be needed for this. It is enough to use soft meat and steamed rice. After steam treatment, the seeds do not stick together, do not boil, but turn out soft and beautiful.

Wash the beef, dry it with a paper towel and cut into small pieces.

Cut the carrots into thin bars, peel the onion and chop it.

Heat the oil in a frying pan, add the onion and carrot and fry until golden brown.

Add beef, cumin and crushed allspice peas. Cook, stirring, for 10 minutes.

Pour in 1.5 cups of hot water and simmer for half an hour.

Transfer the roast to a deep saucepan, add salt, washed rice and the remaining water. Cover and cook for 15 minutes.

Carefully put a whole head of garlic together with the husk into the pilaf. Sprinkle with ground black pepper and cook for another 10 minutes. Insist the finished dish under the lid for 15-20 minutes.
