Juicy young zucchini are especially suitable for this casserole. And for an even more fragrant and crispy cheese crust, I advise you to mix several types of cheese at once. You can also experiment with rice – ordinary, brown, unpolished.
Ingredients
- Fig - 300 g
- Zucchini - 2-3 pieces
- Sour cream - 150 g
- Spices and seasonings - 1 tsp.
- Garlic - 2 clove
- Cheese - 150 g
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Mix sour cream, crushed garlic, spices and half of grated cheese.
Boil the rice until tender and thinly slice the zucchini.
Lay out layers of rice, sour cream, zucchini, rice again - and so on until the end of the ingredients.
Sprinkle the casserole with the remaining cheese and send it to the oven at 190 degrees for 35 minutes.
