Step-by-step cooking recipe
Wash the potatoes, dry them and cut them into small slices.
Add oil, salt and marjoram. Stir and leave under the cling film for 20 minutes.
Cover the baking sheet with foil, lay out the potatoes and send them to the oven preheated to 180 degrees for 25 minutes.
Serve the potatoes hot. If desired, add vegetables, herbs and various sauces.
