For this recipe, I recommend using salty brine cheese to your taste. It is absolutely ideal if you can find goat or sheep. And if you add fragrant pork rinds, no one can resist such a corn porridge.
Ingredients
- Corn groats - 120 g
- Water - 400 ml
- Yogurt - 200 ml
- Goat cheese - 150 g
- Lard - 120 g
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Finely chop the lard and fry until browned.
Boil the water, gradually add the grits, stirring, and cook the porridge for 5 minutes.
Add the yogurt and cook for another 5-7 minutes until tender.
Add 2/3 of the grated cheese and let the porridge brew a little under the lid.
Sprinkle with the remaining cheese and pork rinds.
